Keemac Bakery was founded in 2001 by Paul Keeble and has grown into a trusted wholesale bakery supplying a wide range of businesses across Scotland. With over two decades of experience, we specialise in producing high quality traybakes, biscuits and cakes for trade customers who value consistency, flavour and reliability.

Before Keemac Bakery, there was Keeble’s Bakery, a family business run by Paul’s Mum and Dad. It was there that Paul learned the trade, developing the skills, standards and work ethic that still shape everything we do today.
After Keeble’s closed, Paul carried that experience with him, spending a number of years working elsewhere in the industry before going on to establish Keemac Bakery. Built on the same foundations, Keemac continues the tradition of producing quality traybakes, biscuits and cakes for trade customers across Scotland.
Many of the recipes and methods used today are inspired by those early days. Some things are still made the same way, carefully, consistently, and with attention to detail. It’s how we maintain that proper, traditional taste that customers know and trust.
